“To uplift one, so together, we uplift a nation.”

Reynette Romain

Visionary Founder, CEO, Qualified Supervisor: LCSW (FL), LICSW (MA), LCSW (DE)

Reynette Romain is a licensed clinical social worker, relationship specialist, and the Visionary Founder and CEO of Reveye Mental Health and Wellness LLC. Her journey to founding Reveye was shaped by a deep awareness of the unmet needs within her community, particularly families forced to separate due to misrepresentation, systemic barriers, and limited adaptability to a foreign culture. Witnessing these challenges firsthand ignited Reynette's passion for advocacy and her commitment to creating culturally responsive, accessible mental health care.

The name “Reveye,” meaning “to awaken” in Haitian Creole, was intentionally chosen to speak directly to underserved communities where mental health care has long been stigmatized or inaccessible. The name serves as both an invitation and a reassurance, calling individuals to awaken to healing, growth, and possibility, while affirming that this is a space where they belong.

Since 2018, Reveye has grown into a mission-driven practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relational challenges and emotional disconnection. Reynette specializes in helping relationships that feel discouraged, disconnected, or stuck, guiding clients from a place of hopelessness toward clarity, stability, and renewed connection. A two-time graduate of Barry University, her work centers on transforming relationships by teaching partners how to reconnect emotionally, communicate with intention, and choose one another with confidence and purpose.

Reynette believes that relationships rarely break all at once; rather, they fracture through small moments of misunderstanding, unmet needs, and emotional distance. Her role is to help clients identify and repair those moments through emotional awareness, mindset reframing, and practical communication strategies that foster lasting change.

By integrating evidence-based practices, emotional intelligence frameworks, cognitive-behavioral reframing techniques, & strengths-based interventions, Reynette supports clients in rebuilding trust, reducing conflict, and developing healthier relational patterns. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and structured, providing clients with both compassion and clear direction as they rebuild from the ground up.

In addition to leading Reveye, Reynette remains deeply connected to the heart of her work: the people she serves. She continues to work directly with clients, viewing it not merely as part of her role, but as a privilege and calling. Her purpose remains clear: "to uplift one, so together, we uplift a nation".

“Learning to say ‘enough’ isn’t selfish, it’s the beginning of self-preservation, clarity, and peace.”

Bianca Meant

Founding Partner, COO, Qualified Supervisor: LCSW (FL), LICSW (MA), LCSW (UT)

Bianca is a Haitian American therapist, a Barry University graduate, and one of the founding partners of Reveye Mental Health and Wellness. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, her personal experiences and clinical work have deeply shaped her understanding of resilience, faith, and the emotional toll that comes with being the one others rely on. Her cultural background allows her to approach mental health through an intersectional, culturally responsive lens; one that honors identity, spirituality, and lived experience.

She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and emotional exhaustion (particularly healthcare professionals, caregivers, working mothers, and stay-at-home parents navigating the invisible mental and emotional labor of caring for others). Many of the clients Bianca works with feel depleted, overwhelmed, irritable, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships, often questioning how to continue showing up without losing themselves in the process.

In her work with clients, Bianca focuses on burnout recovery by addressing chronic stress, boundary erosion, and the pressure to constantly give without rest or reciprocity. She helps clients identify where overextension has replaced self-preservation and supports them in building sustainable boundaries at work, at home, and within relationships without guilt or fear of disappointing others.

Faith and spirituality, when meaningful to the client, are welcomed and integrated into the therapeutic process as sources of strength, grounding, and restoration. Therapy is a space where values can coexist with evidence-based care, allowing clients to reconnect with purpose while honoring their limits.

Bianca’s clinical approach includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. She works with goal-oriented clients to improve communication, navigate relational strain, process accumulated emotional stress, and create long-term change that prioritizes balance, emotional well-being, and wholeness. Clients working with Bianca can expect a compassionate, collaborative therapeutic environment where they are not expected to have it all together and where they remain the leader of their healing journey.
