I want to start by saying that I really didn’t know what to expect when I started speaking with Kenyatta. I felt so lost, defeated, and stuck. Speaking with her has been a tough but necessary part of my journey. I am more understanding of myself from a place of celebration and giving myself grace. Also learning and understanding my values, I didn’t even realize that I needed to know that. The work that I have been given to better understand myself has been so helpful. The books that I have been assigned to read, since I’m such a bookworm. Every book I have been given has been right on time for where I am presently in my life, to help me to the next step on my path of healing and growth.
